Church Christ Grammar School – Main Campus Vehicular Access Modifications

Church Christ Grammar School
Main Campus Vehicular Access Modifications

Berne Fleming Civil has developed a long history in the education sector of the market and overtime has developed the necessary systems and resources to undertake works in the live school campus environment to a high degree, ensuring all works undertaken by the team have the minimalist impact on all stakeholders, from students and staff to the operational requirements of the site.

Berne Fleming Civil was engaged by Building Engineering to undertake the Vehicular Access Modification Works at Church Christ Grammar School’s Main Campus in South Yarra. The works were part of the Main Campus Redevelopment Project, in which the final result will be an outstanding improvement on their current provisions, enabling the School to move forward as a community in facilities that more aptly match their aspirational vision.

Works included demolition works, bulk earthworks, bluestone kerb and channel, bluestone walls and pavements, crushed rock pavements, asphalt pavements, service conduits and foundations and council concrete cross overs to modify and upgrade the existing main campus access for students, parents and staff, and to also mitigate impacts to the campus from the on-going building works throughout 2017.
