Access Road & Maintenance Building

Berne Fleming Civil was engaged by St. Francis Xavier College to undertake the design and construction of a new access road, storage laydown area and bin storage area, and the design and construction of the proposed maintenance storage building at their Beaconsfield Campus, to complete the overall expansion phase of the campus. Planning and design works began in the fourth quarter of 2014 with construction commencing soon after to ensure the majority of the works were completed prior to the commencement of the 2015 academic school year. Works included the design and construction of medium duty asphalt pavements, heavy duty concrete pavements, maintenance and bin storage lay down areas and associated fencing works, including the design and construction of the maintenance shed.
